- RATE DETAILS
$1500 for a 2 night stay, $750 each additional night. Will only rent to a single related group at a time as this is NOT a transient INN, Motel, Hotel or Bed and Breakfast.
• FEE (Cleaning):
Choice One: Cleaning charge of $300 will be assessed. We ask that you leave the home exactly as you found it. Including empty the refrigerator, pantry etc. of any food that you brought, and that you leave all linens on the beds. Cleaning service will clean the linens and make the beds.
Choice Two: Cleaning charge of $500 will be assessed. With this fee you are not obligated to do anything upon your exit. Leave it as is and spend the last few hours of your stay relaxing instead of cleaning!
•SECURITY: A $500 refundable security deposit is required. An $89 insurance policy will cover you for up to $5000 in 'Accidental' Property Damage Protection. - Local vendors offer:
