- Bedroom 1 is king size with private bath. Bedroom 2 is a loft with a twin trundle bed with a twin pull out. there is enough room for an air mattress if needed. The loft also has it's own bath. Bedroom 3 is in the in-law apartment with a double bed and a double sized futon in the living room.
