If available dates are verified by owner/agent, a Lease will be forwarded to you via email. Please review, print, sign, date, include reservation deposit of $1000 and return to owner/agent. Once received, the reservation is confirmed.
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to tenancy to receive 50% of the $1000 deposit ($500) refunded. No refund will be given if cancellation is not made in writing prior to 30 days before tenancy.
The inclusive balance of the rental fee should be received by owner/agent at least 1 week prior to occupancy to ensure reservation. Therefore, if you chose to pay by personal check (instead of certified funds), please ensure payment is received in plenty of time to clear the bank(s). Thanks for your cooperation..
