$500 deposit is required. 50% of this deposit will be retained if cancelled less than 60 days in advance. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
$49 for damage insurance is required for each rental, this is non-refundable unless the reservation is cancelled prior to arrival date.
9% Occupancy Tax will be added for rental periods less than a month.
