The condo is non-smoking and pet free and if any guest violates this policy a fee of $250 will be assessed. We also suggest you purchase at nominal fee protection insurance through HOMEAWAY, in the unlikely event any damages are sustained to the property due to negligence during your stay for you will be held financially responsible for any damages
