- The home is setup with instant hot water. When you turn on the hot water it is available almost immediately for your shower. Heat lamps on a timer are installed in all the baths. The Master Bath has two shower heads in the shower.

- The Master BR is a very private room that is away from the other bedrooms. It has a full bath attached and a spiral staircase from the bath to the Hot Tub room. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bath that is across the hall from them. Bedroom 3 has 2 double beds set-up in a bunkbed arrangement. Also a single twin bed. The double beds will comfortably sleep adults as well as children. Bedroom 4 may be used as a sitting room or bedroom. It has a sofa double bed. There is a full bath close-by. This rooms connects to the Entertainment Room. All bedrooms have a view of the ocean and have bathrooms that are easily accessible. There are closets in each bedroom.
