This deposit will be returned within 21 days of departure when the keys have been returned;
and the unit has been inspected following departure by the manager or their representative. ;
Payment may be made by personal check, cashier's check, bank money order, or international money order. ; Check -in is 3:00 P.M. Check-out is 10:0 - The rate schedule above is for rental of this spacious TWO (2) BEDROOM CONDO. The LOCKOUT 3rd BEDROOM is AVAILABLE AT the ADDITIONAL FEE NOTED IN the SCHEDULE.

- All of the bedrooms are very spacious. The Master Bedroom and the 3rd Bedroom have sliding glass doors to balconies. The MASTER BEDROOM has a King size bed, a large walk-in closet, and an oceanview from the main balcony. The SECOND BEDROOM has two Queen size beds, a walk in closet, and a second full bathroom located across the hall. The THIRD BEDROOM (LOCKOUT ROOM - SLEEPS 2 ADDITIONAL PEOPLE) has a King size bed, large closet, round table with seating for two, a wet bar with a microwave oven, a second entry to the condo, and an ocean view from its own balcony. Each bedroom is nicely furnished, equipped with a large screen TV, and a clock radio. Linens are provided.
