Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• From $350/nt $2100-$2370/wk
• 1-3 Guests $350.00/per night (two night minimum);
  4-6 Guests $395.00/per night (two night minimum);
  Weekly rates: Pay for 6 nights, stay 7.
  
  Dates available: Beginning March 1, 2012.
  
  Rate Per Night: (two night minimum)
  One to three guests: $350.00 per night
  Four to six guests: $395.00 per night
  Rates do not include 10% Transient Occupancy Tax
  Weekly rates: Pay for 6 nights, stay 7.
  Besides the $25.00 booking fee, we do Not charge a cleaning fee. unless the contract is violated. The nightly rate includes all amenities listed.
• Booking Policy and Cancellation Policy:
  $25.00 booking fee at time of booking (non-refundable), Thirty days prior to your arrival, one night of your stay (excluding tax) is due and non-refundable. Fourteen days prior to your arrival, the remaining rental balance plus all tax is due and non-refundable. In the event you must cancel, every effort will be made to re-rent the home for the same dates you have reserved, and we will refund your rental amount excluding booking fee if we are successful. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We will accept a personal check if paid in time to clear the bank one week before your arrival. A credit card number is required to have on file, as well as current address and signed contract. We also require a $1,000 'hold' on your credit card for a refundable security deposit prior to check-in. Security deposit will be waived for return guests if no problems arose on first visit. There will be a $50.00 charge for NSF if paid by check.
