- While there is only one private bedroom, there are two pull-out sofas in the living room (one is a queen bed; the other is a double/full). Additionally, there is a trundle bed which could, conceivably, sleep two more. Depending on your family's configuration and who can sleep with whom..It is great to have options..But anymore than 6 people downstairs will create a crowd.
