- $200.00 a night/4 persons & $300.00/6 persons;
$1,400.00 a week/4 persons & $2,100.00/6 persons;
$3,000.00 a month;
$300.00 damage deposit required/refunded immediately after inspection;
$200.00 cleaning fee plus $8.34 General Excise Tax required.;
Vacation rental/hotel tax of 139.62%;
Cancellation must be 60 days in advance for refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.;
Five night minimum stay. Check-in 3:00pm Check-out 10:00am; - Dates Available: Year Round.
