Addison House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Apartments will not be rented to a different party at the same time the main house is rented.
June 1 - June 30 Main Hse $1400/ Wk PLUS Apts. $500/ Wk each
July 1 - Sept. 7 Main Hse $ 1800/ Wk PLUS Apts $600/ Wk each
Sept.8 - Oct 20 Main Hse $1400/ Wk PLUS Apts.$500/ Wk each
Off Season - June 1 - June 30 or Sept. 8 - Oct. 20
Prices do not include the Maine 7% sales tax or housekeeping. They do include linens, and fabulous views.
A non refundable 30% deposit is payable upon reservation.
Remaining payment plus $500 security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival - A receipt for the confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you upon the receipt of your non-refundable 30% deposit for the agreed upon time period.
This deposit is refundable up to 60 days prior to your reserved scheduled time period, less a cancellation fee of $150.
Any deposit for a reservation that is cancelled less than 60 days prior to your reserved time period is non-refundable. However, depending upon availability, it may be applied towards a future reservation less a $300 cancellation fee.
In the event that the owner is able to fill a cancelled reservation w/ another renter, the deposit of the cancelled reservation will be refunded , or applied to an equally priced future reservation less a $150 cancellation fee.
