- The bathrooms are all en-suite, are extremely spacious and incorporate deluxe fittings. The master bedroom and bedroom 3 have large walk in showers whilst bedroom 2 boasts a full size bath and shower. There is a 4th bathroom located between the main villa and the seperate third bedroom, equipped with shower, washbasin and toilet, which serves the 4th bedroom and the outdoor recreational area and large 36m square pool. There is a further 'novelty' shower in the form of an elevated bucket close to the pool.

- The master bedroom is on the first floor. It is a very spacious room with 4 poster King Size bed, lovely furniture and artwork and leads on to a large furnished balcony, which overlooks the beach/sea/gardens. There is a luxury en-suite bathroom leading on from the dressing room. The 2nd bedroom with it's super King sized bed, is situated opposite the master bedroom and also boasts a balcony overlooking the beach and sea. Adjoining this is a room with 2 fold away bunk beds suitable for children, leading on to a bathroom complete with a bath, shower and toilet. The 3rd bedroom, on the ground floor with super King sized bed, offers accommodation in a separate but attached Villa and also boasts an en-suite bathroom, and small extra bedroom attached, fitted with a very comfortable large single bed.This bedroom has it's own sunny terrace leading on to the pool.The 4th en-suite bedroom has twin beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, have ceiling fans and adjustable ambient lighting
