Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- 2013 regular summer rates: $2170 (up to 8); $2350 (9-12);
2013 Holiday (4th of July) Week Rate: $2350 (up to 9); $2550 (10-12);
2013 Winter/Spring rates: $300/nt (3 night minimum);
More than 12 people add $150 per person for additional cleaning & septic services.;
Payment due 30 days prior to arrival. All rates include taxes & cleaning fees.;
Cancellation fee: 45 days+ prior to arrival 1/2 total, less than 45 days 3/4 total;
