Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations inside 30 days prior to your stay, unless we can re-book those dates to a future stay. If you do re-book for a future stay, and cancel that reservation, then you will forfeit the total due/paid. No refunds will be issued.
The first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason.
