- 2013 Rates $1,400-$1,800/wk $200-$300/night Lower prices during off-season.
Add 5.5% Sales Tax and 4.5% Room Tax
Weekly rentals only during June-July-August or weekends as available.
No extra cleaning fees are charged, $400 damage deposit required.
$50 charge for each pet.
Check-in time 4:00pm, Check-out time 11:00am (May be flexible)
Fishing boat rental $50/day or $225/week (weekly rental includes 1st tank gas)
