Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Pets are accepted on an idividual basis. Please inquire.
If allowed pet fee of $35/per pet/per night will be billed.
No dogs over 75lbs. You must bring a crate and use it.
No dogs upstairs in bedroom or on furniture.
Tenant with pet must pruchase property damage insurance ($39.99) covers entire stay. - If days are marked off on calender, they are taken. No exceptions
Holidays will be charged at weekend rates
Cancelations policy: More than 30 days notice, full refund.
30 days or less we will try to relist and will reimburse you for days it is rented. Otherwise no refund.
