- Peak season $1350/wk; longer term rentals may receive a discount
- Rates as listed, 5 person maximum occupancy. $400 deposit on weekly rentals, refundable up to 45 days in advance of the reservation period; balance is due 21days before the rental period, along with a $150 security deposit (refundable within one week of the end of the rental period).
