Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival are fully refundable. Cancellations less than 30 days are not refundable. Check in 4pm and check out 11am, though this is flexible if the house is not rented. There is a two night minimum for weekends and holidays from May 1st through September 30th, on advanced bookings. If there is last minute availability, we will waive the two night min.
