Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- *Cleaning Fee: $250; additional cleaning every 2 weeks for long-term stays.;
*Refundable Security Deposit: $250
*Weekly rates are based on Saturday-Saturday stays; otherwise, nightly rates apply.;
*15% Holiday Premium applies to holidays and local events (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Barrett-Jackson, WMPhoenix Open, Easter, etc).;
*Pool heating optional for $50/day during winter months. Spa heating included in rate.;
*50% deposit to reserve dates, balance due 60 days prior to arrival date;
Cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival date are refundable, minus an administration fee of 20% of the total rent.
Note: Until confirmed, rates, fees and terms are subject to change without notice.
