Recoleta Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Special Rate: During holiday periods (Christmas, Easter week, special national festivals), for stays of only 3 days, the daily rate is increased to US$ 175 per day. However, the administrative fee of US$ 60.00 is waived.
- 1. Administrative Fee: A non-refundable administrative fee of US$ 60.00 will be charged at check-in.
2. Security Deposit: A security deposit of US$400.00 is due at check-in. This will be refunded if there is no damage or excessive wear and tear to the apartment.
3. Rental Contract: A rental contract will be signed before or upon check-in. We will be pleased to send a copy of the contract via email when the reservation is made. A copy of the identification page of the passport is also required at check-in.
