Your privacy is assured as this executive vacation home is set within its own 1.5 acre wooded grounds, enjoying fantastic views of Ponhook Lake, with 176 ft long private lakeside frontage. In the summer the water temperature reaches between 20 and 25ºc, so it’s ideal for swimming and canoeing, as you will have the use of the two kayaks kept at the property. The Lake is approximately 35 km long with plenty of islands to explore and the opportunity of enjoying some relaxing fishing (permit required). After enjoying a full day of outdoor activities, relax on the balcony to watch the setting sun, before retreating inside to take advantage of the executive facilities offered in the chalet, built from pine log siding and finished with pine floors throughout, with carpets in the bedrooms, and tiled bathroom floors. A combined kitchen / dining room a large living room with a feature brick fireplace. There are 3 bathrooms /en-suites all with a shower, toilet and sink plus 5 beautiful bedrooms.

Not forgetting that, both the Atlantic and the Bay of Fundy (which is one of the locations with the largest tidal range in the world), coasts of Nova Scotia, not forgetting the world heritage town of Lunenburg. Plus the population centres of Liverpool, Yarmouth, Annapolis, and Halifax are all within easy driving distance. So this is an ideal vacation location, centrally located, but based in ‘a get away from it all’ lakeside wilderness location. The choice is yours!
