Mexico City Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- -A security deposit of $200 USD is required and will be refunded within two weeks of your departure, if the apartment is left in the exact same conditions as you took it.
-Daily maid service (light cleaning) is available upon request for $30.00 USD per day
-A cleaning fee of $30 USD is mandatory (for stays longer than one week an additional $30 USD fee will be charged per week and it includes one day of light cleaning and laundry of the sheets and towels)
-A 50% deposit is required upon signing the rental agreement, and the 50% balance is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival
- The weekly rate is considered a 7 night stay, all additional nights (less than 7) will be charged at the rate per night.
-Not available for stays of more than 4 weeks
