Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Reservations are not final until a rental deposit is received.
Payment can be made by Email Money Transfer, Visa or MasterCard using Pay Pal through an invoice sent by owner, (3.1% Pay Pal fee will be additional).
By prior arrangement Bank Draft, Money Order, Personal Check if time allows.
Full payment required prior to 30 days of booking.
Cancellation Policy – If you cancel 30 days prior to occupancy there is a $35 charge.
No refunds will be given for less than 30 days prior to the reservation. If the property is re-rented a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
PETS are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. QUIET TIME is 11pm-7am.
This is an Owner managed property. You'll be dealing directly with the Owner, not an agency, providing special care.
