Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Oct - Feb $195/per night $1250/per week.
March - Sept and holidays $240/per night $1450/per week.
Rates are based on 6 guests. Additional fee for extra guests. Large gatherings or parties are not permitted.
3 night minimum. 1 week minimum stay for winter holidays and 5 day minimum stay for UW graduation and Thanksgiving.
$550 Refundable Damage/Key Deposit. Additional cleaning fee based on occupancy.
9.5% sales tax on stays less than 30 days.
50% of total to reserve. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Credit cards accepted to reserve but please pay balance with a check or e-check.
Special Rates available for last minute bookings. - Dates Available: Year Round.
