Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $400/night to $11500/month
- 4 Night minimum stay
All weekly rentals = 7 nights
50% of rent required at time of booking
25% of rent due 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds/cancellation thereafter.
Security Deposit = 25% Rent payable at check-in. Ask about renters insurance that will waive 25% security deposit.
All remaining rent, deposit, taxes, cleaning fees, pool heat or other fees payable at check-in.
$200 clean fee stays 4-6 nights
$250 clean fee for stays 7+ days
$25 p/day fee to heat pool (spa heat is n\c)
All rates + 13.27% Phx\County\AZ Lodging Tax which is required for stays less than 30 days.
