The balance is to be paid two weeks before arrival date. A $500 deposit is required for any damage caused during stay and will be refunded if all is in order at the end of the stay. The rental rate is excluding air condition which will be separately meter. The meter will be turned on at the time of arrival and turned off upon leaving. The rate shall be calculated in accordance with the current rate being charged by the electrical company.
