Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Low Season rates = $175 per night
High Season rates - $195 per night
*Holidays are $200-220 per night depending on length of stay and the holiday*
**Ironman rates are $220 per night. Ironman requires 7 night minimum stay**
***Discounts for longer stays, short-notice bookings, & filling odd gaps (call us for details)***
*3 night minimums are preferred but not required. - Additional Fees & Booking the Property:
Additional Fees include 13.42% Hawaii General Excise & Transient Accommodation tax & $150 cleaning fee.
*There is no charge for parking, internet, oceanview, etc...
We are a legally operating, licensed and registered vacation rental within the State of Hawaii. We ask that you support legal businesses within the State.

To secure a booking we require a $400 deposit. The final balance is due within 30 days of your arrival. We also require a $200 damage deposit that will be returned to you after our cleaners go through the property after your stay.
