Clearwater Beach Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $980.00 to $1,330.00 a Week
- Condo: $980.00 to $1,330.00 a week...depending on the time of year.
A $100 Cleaning Fee and a 12% resort tax are applicable for all weekly rentals.
A Damage Deposit of $200.00 is required as well as a non-refundable reservation
deposit of $250.00 to hold a room. The balance is due within 14 days of check in.
We also have a smaller 1 Bdr/1 Bath Suite and a Studio Suite that rent out by the
night. They range from $75.00 to $165.00 a night depending on the time of year.
Also, the smaller 1Bdr/1Bath and the Studio Suite have a 3 night minimum, no
cleaning fee & no damage deposit. Please email us for photos of these two units. - *Dates available: Year round.
