Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Monthly rate includes 9% Florida sales tax, all utilities, trash, and lawn services. Rates are based on a check-in date of the first of the month (4 PM) and a check-out date of the last day of the month (10 AM).
Monthly rental amounts are based on double occupancy (2 adults). For couples wishing to share the house an additional 10% will be added to the rent for each additional person.
All credit card transactions will be billed to the renter via Paypal. A 2.9% transaction fee will be added to all credit card payments.
Rental Policy:
25% of total rent (non-refundable) amount is due within 7 days of booking.
$500 security deposit & remaining rental amount is due 45 days before occupancy.
$100 cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit at the end of your stay. Waived if 2 or more months are rented. - ***********************************************************************************************************************
Long term (12 months), $1700/month.
Included in the rent: Village Resident privileges, Water, Sewer, Trash, Lawn and Landscaping maintenance. Resident privileges includes free golf on all executive courses.
Not included in rent: Electricity, phone, TV, Internet, Renter’s Insurance
