Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Monthly rentals preferred. Longer-term rent negotiable.
Owner pays maintenance and basic utilities including water, electric, internet WiFi, cable TV.
Check out time is 11AM. Check in time is 3PM. That gives us time to clean. - We have a 'first pay, first book' policy which means that your reservation will be finalized once we receive some form of payment (security deposit or partial or full rent). You may use Paypal or overnight mail. Additionally, we can process a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) for the $400 security deposit over the telephone to secure your reservation. Please contact Frank Perry.
