Cancellations must be done 30 days in advance before arrival. If cancellation is made 16 to 29 days before arrival, the deposit will be debited from weekly advance rent payment.
No refunds if cancellation is made 15 days within arrival, because short term rental will be lost.
No prorations on early vacating.
Weekly and monthly rates based on 7 and 30 consecutive nights or more.
Rates include (water, electricity and TV) except long distance calls.
