Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Rates are based on 1-4 occupancy. Additional guests are $25/night.
Minimum stay two nights. Children Under 5 stay for free.
Check-in after 4 p.m. Check-out before 11 a.m.
Receipt of 50% deposit is needed to secure a reservation. Send check by mail.
Balance due on arrival via drop box at rental.
Cancellation made 21 days or longer will receive full refund (less $35 admin fee). - Dates available: Summer only (June, July and August).
