Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates are subject to change without notice. Pricing excludes taxes, additional options or fees.
- A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required when booking.
Bookings of 5 nights or under will incur an additional $100 cleaning charge.
A $69 accidental damage Property Damage Protection fee will be charged to all bookings.
Once we have received your reservation details and the booking deposit, your booking will be confirmed.
Until you have received a booking confirmation you do not have a reservation with us.
The balance of the rental cost will be required 60 days prior to your rental period commencing.
Bookings made within 60 days of your vacation commencing require the full amount to be paid when the reservation is made. Payment in US Dollars by credit card, check, bankers draft or via PayPal.
Should a cancellation be necessary after you have made your reservation with us then your booking deposit of $200 will be lost. This applies whatever the reason for cancellation.
If you cancel your reservation after the balance has been paid then the following cancellation charge - Cancellation within 60 days of vacation commencing: Deposit plus 25% of the balance.
Cancellation within 45 days of vacation commencing: Deposit plus 50% of the balance paid.
Cancellation within 30 days of vacation commencing: Deposit plus 75% of the balance paid.
Cancellation within 15 days of vacation commencing: Deposit plus 100% of the balance paid.
If a client does not pay the balance when it becomes due then we reserve the right to cancel the booking
and retain the deposit.
Occupancy is from 4:00pm on the day of arrival and needs to be vacated promptly by 10:00am on the day of departure. WE CANNOT OFFER EARLY CHECK IN OR LATE CHECK OUT ON SAMEDAY CHANGEOVER OF GUESTS.
An available instruction manual will detail what you are requested to do when checking out. This usually means taking out the trash, loading and starting the dishwasher and loading and starting the wash cycle for the towels used.
