Check in time may be around 3 pm and checkout 10 am depending on incoming and outgoing guests. This is also negotiable.
A deposit of 50 % is paid to confirm the booking, a lease will be sent to each guest by email. The Balance fee is paid two months before your dates with a fully refundable bond which is returned on departure.
For any cancellations, full reimbursements will be made if the property can be re rented at the same rate minus 10% cancellation charge. Please give good notice to enable the re booking of the property. - Off peak rates and dates are negotiable, please email brenda_morlet@hotmail.com
