Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rental rates are inclusive of all bed linen, towels, (including beach towels) electricity, water and after cleaning services. For bookings over seven nights duration a linen change is included. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Bookings of one week and over receive a welcome pack. A pick up service from Malaga airport (55 minutes away) is provided if required for a fee of 40 euros. The owners are available to baby sit advise or assist if desired.
- A deposit of 100 pound or 100Euros secures your booking. The deposit is returned within 10 days of the renting period ending, providing there is no loss or damage to the property. The rental payment is due six weeks prior to holiday commencement. Should cancellation occur after final payment then the total amount payable (less deposit) will be based as follows
41-29 days before holiday commencement 75% refunded. 28-15 days before holiday commencement 50% refunded, 14-1 day before holiday commencement 25% refunded - All bookings to be made via the owner Jackie Saunders. Payment can be made in Euros or British pounds.
