Lake City Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 1695 per week
- We price our cottage to try to be the lowest 4 bed room on the lake. Our price is $1695. plus $75. for cleaning and that is it unless you have pets. No nickle and diming with lake fees, taxes, city fees, prime week increases or high season up charges it is all included in your $1695. plus cleaning 75.
- The view is excellent. The swimming is the best. The beach is unbeatable. The price is right. What a place. You can see the lake from the master bedroom, sun room, living room, kitchen, dining room and both small bedrooms. Relax on the front deck overlooking the lake. Cookout on the back patio. Four bedrooms ( two large master bedroom and two small bedrooms). The sun room sticks out on the lake side. It has a table for games, large TV and several very comfortable chairs. Check out the pictures and you will see it is a great place for your family. We welcome phone calls and emails with any questions.
