Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning Fee: $80.00 (Fresh towels and linens provided. NO daily maid service.)

Refundable Damage Deposit $250.00 - Conditions and Payment Terms:
• Accepted forms of payment: Pay Pal, personal check and credit cards through ReservationManger
• 8 person Maximum Occupancy
• $250.00 Security Deposit (fully refundable upon departure completing a condition and inventory check)
• 4pm check-in / 10am check-out
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 60 days or more before your arrival date are fully refundable. Cancellations 60 days or less of your arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.

Reservations within 30 days of booking: Payment due in Full
Reservations outside 30 days of booking: 50% of the total amount due upon booking and remaining balance due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
