The bunkroom is on the main level next to the 1st master (perfect for kiddos) and features 2 twin/queen bunkbeds. In addition to 6 private bedrooms, there is a large sleeping/recreation loft with sleeper couch and twin convertible bed. The other loft is an open library with a futon (queen). All bedrooms come with high-quality, brand new mattresses and sheets, down comforters, quilts and soft blankets and pillows.

Notes:
There are 2 full, separate kitchens--one with large eat-in table with places for 12-14 but plenty of space to expand in the open family room. The other kitchen offers a small table for 2-3, plus a spacious center island with 2 stools.
The outdoor eating area seats 10 at one patio table, plus 6+ at the picnic table. There are plates, utensils, and cups for serving up to 18 (and nope, not everything matches--sorry!) There is also a large propane grill (propane provided) with a side burner. Wood is provided for the bonfire and the inside fireplaces/wood stoves.
We also provide 2 coffee makers plus a thermal caraffe, filters, coffee, creamer, tea and sugar. We also provide all basic spices, some condiments, basic baking supplies and complimentary microwave popcorn.
We try to keep our home well stocked with lots of cooking items for your convenience--please inquire about anything specific!
