In order to confirm a reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total rental cost. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations are allowed up to 30 days prior to arrival and the deposit will be returned in full. After 30 days until 14 days prior to the reservation, cancellations will incur a forfeiture of 50% of the deposit. For cancellations within 14 days, no refund of the deposit will be given. We highly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or weather.
There is also a non-refundable $39 Property Damage Protection fee assessed to the total rental amount.
