Bridgewater Town Centre Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We consider our rates to offer excellent value for money - you can expect a beautifully furnished home, equipped to the highest standards and with your own private pool - all for less than a hotel room!!
The rate is for the home per night - NOT per person
The rates are per night and 12% tax must be added onto the final price.
For a reservation of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of $85 will be added to the cost.
We can offer monthly rates - please ask for a quote. - Cleaning fee $85 applies on stays less than 7 nights.
**$200 reservation deposit required to confirm. The full amount (minus reservation deposit) is due 2 months before departure.
Refundable security deposit required.(usually credit card swipe)
Pool Heating (optional): $150 weekly - $25 daily
There is a 4 night minimum during the low & high season and a 7 night minimum during holidays.
Check in time is after 4 PM and check out is before 10 AM.
*Bookings less than two months from departure are payable in full.

- The Master bedroom is ensuite with walk in shower, bath, double vanity and toilet. Adjacent to the Queen bedroom is another bathroom with large walk in shower, vanity and toilet. The 3rd bathroom is at the front of the house between the two twin bedrooms and has bath with shower, vanity and toilet.

- Beyond the family room is the Master bedroom, where you can relax in the magnificent poster bed, after a hard day playing quiddich at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter or a couple of rounds of golf at the nearby ChampionsGate International and National Golf courses. This room features an ensuite bathroom, with a large walk in shower, bath and double vanity. For the security conscious the bedroom is equipped with a wall safe. As with all the bedrooms in this home, a 32' HDTV is mounted on the wall to allow you to watch cable in the comfortable King sized bed. Next to the Master bedroom you will find another luxuriously appointed bedroom, with a charming queen sleigh bed and convieniently situated bathroom with a selubrious walk in shower and vanity. At the front of the home you will find the other two guest rooms, sharing a full bathroom between them, both rooms are fitted with 2 twin beds, allowing 8 persons to sleep comfortably in the home. Both rooms are tasfully decorated and provided with a wall mounted HDTV.
