Nightly rates are based on the indicated minimum night stay, an additional charge will be added to stays less than that indicated.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age or older to make a reservation.
Reservations must be cancelled two weeks before the reserved date in order to receive a 90% refund of the total cost. If a cancellation notice is given less than two weeks before the reserved date, the deposit will be forfeited.
Guests are responsible for the duration of the entire booking once a reservation has been made. Early departure refunds will not be given for any reason including weather conditions. - •Occupancy is limited to the reserved party only.
Guests assume full responsibility for damages, excessive cleaning charges, or items that are missing from cabin due to negligence.
Please respect the cabin’s NO PETS policy. If a pet is found in violation of this policy, a cleaning fee of no less than $100 will be charged to cover carpet and furniture cleaning.
Please honor the cabin’s NO SMOKING policy. Smoking areas are located on all covered decks. Smoking in the cabin will result in an additional cleaning charge.
Hot tub covers will be inspected after each rental. Damages will result in a $350 charge.
If there is mechanical failure on cabin equipment or utilities, once notified, every effort will be made to correct the problem promptly.
