Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 7% Maine Lodging Tax
- $100.00 per night off season and $150.00 per night in season for stays less than a week.
Most Pets Allowed for an additional fee of $100.00.

$150.00.Damage Deposit Required and will be returned within 14 days of your departureor $1500.00 Damage Insurance is available for a fee of $39.00.;
Full Payment Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival to Guarantee your Reservation.;

Check in time is 3:00 PM (may be available sooner) on Day of Arrival and Check Out Time is 10:00 AM on Day of Departure.;
