• $225/nt or $1400/wk or $5400/mon (Peak)
• Priced based on 6 person occupancy. For groups of 7 or 8, add $25 for each additional person (ages 2+) per night.;
  
  Check-in: 3:00 PM; Check-out: 11:00 AM.;
  
  Payment Policy: $350 reservation deposit is due at time of booking. 50% of rent is due 60 days prior to check-in date. Remaining 50% of rent is due 30 days prior to check-in date. Upon arrival, your reservation deposit will be converted into a security deposit which will be fully refunded to you within 7-10 days after the departure if the property is left in the same condition as when you arrived with the exception of normal course of usage.;
  
  If you are booking more than a 2 week stay, an alternate payment schedule may be required based on your length of stay.
• Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to check-in date will receive a full refund of deposit minus 4% credit card processing fee. Cancellations or changes made less than 60 days of the check-in date will be be assessed as follows:
  
  59 - 31 days before check-in will receive 50% refund minus 4% credit card processing fee;
  30 - 0 days before check-in will not be refunded.
  
  Receive a 3% Early Bird Discount if you pay the rental fee in full 60 or more days prior to arrival!! Early Bird payments are non-refundable.
