2011-2012 Holiday Rates: Thanksgiving $550 for 3 nights/ Xmas week is $320 per night/ NYE week is $360 per night/ MLK & Presidents weeks are $300 per night/ SuperBowl $700 for 3 nights/ Easter $650 for 3 nights.;
Other Rates: Spring, Summer & Fall 3 day weekends are $350 & the full week is $550.;
Memorial Day, July 4th & Labor Day weeks are all $700 for entire week. - Homeaway Discount is applied to the listed rates.
2 Day Weekend Rentals will be accepted if 2 or more Weekends are reserved on same day (otherwise 3 Day Weekends are required).
Payments can be made via:
Bank Check or PayPal (add 3% of total charge to use Paypal).
A $350 refundable deposit & photo copy of Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa) is required for any possible additonal charges.
A key will be mailed to you prior to your arrival.
