Must be at least 24 years of age to rent. - A $250.00 reservation/security deposit would be due at booking and would be returned within a week of your departure. Rental due at least 30 days before your arrival. Or if you prefer, can purchase property damage protection for $49.00 in lieu of a security deposit. $250.00 would still be due at the time of booking but only the balance would be due 30 days before your arrival. Your deposit is fully refundable up to eight weeks before your reservation date.
