Corpus Christi Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning fees are deducted from the $500 deposit paid by guest prior to renting the property. The remainder of the deposit willbe returned upon inspection of the property after guest departure providing there is no damage other than normal wear and tear. There is a $100 per pet non refundable deposit. Only 1 pet under 25 lbs. allowed. Proof of Rabies vaccination is required. Any one staying longer than 14 days will be required to have a Background check done.
- You must be 25 years old to rent.
All of our properties are non smoking.
A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and such are provided. Anything else needed will be the responsibility of the renter.
