Comfort Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $100.00/night.
- Rate: $100 p/nt for first 2 nights, $85 p/nt thereafter. 2 person limit. Payment in full due upon booking.
Weekly/Monthly Rates:
1st Week is $500. Each week thereafter, add $250. Monthly rate is $1200.
1/2 of the rental is required upon booking and is non-refundable. The balance is due upon arrival.
For stays longer than one week but less than one month, we require a security/damage deposit equal to 1/4 of the expected rent for your expected length of stay payable upon arrival. We will gladly refund it at the end of your stay if there are no damages.
For stays longer than one month, a full month's deposit is required.
