Second floor = 6 persons King-sized bedroom with full bath and changing room/laundry on one side of the second floor. Queen-sized bedroom plus a second bedroom with two single beds. There is a full bath sandwiched between both bedrooms. First Floor = 4 persons. The family room has two brand new futon sofas (2011), which convert into double beds. There is a full bath on the first floor. Two photos. Total sleeping capacity = 15 persons Total baths = 4.5
