When making a reservation less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount will be required. All charges are in U.S. funds. In lieu of a security deposit, an insurance policy (fee included with your quote) is required to make a guaranteed reservation. No exceptions!
Cancellations are not accepted. Should you have to cancel a reservation made, you will receive a credit towards the property to be used within one calendar year from the date of cancellation. No monetary refunds of any kind will be i - 4000 per month
