- Front bedroom has a full size bed which is suitable for 2 adults. Back bedroom has a bunk with a trundle and is suitable for 2-3 children. Each bedroom has at least one dresser, hooks for hanging clothes, shelf for shoes.Linens, pillows, towels, and blankets are not provided. It is the policy to present a clean cottage for guests and for the guests to clean the cottage before check out so that the cottage is ready for the next guest. If the cottage is damaged or unclean, the security deposit will be used by the landlord as needed. Landlord will supply cleaning supplies and a check list for departure to ensure that tenant has the supplies needed for their entire security deposit to be returned.
